These terms govern use of the FINUTEX website. They are a draft for this repository — they are not a substitute for an executed master services agreement.

The website

Content is informational. Service descriptions do not create an engagement. Formation, tax, and banking outcomes depend on third parties and your facts.

No professional license implied

FINUTEX is a technology and business-services firm. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or bank. Formation, banking, and compliance work is coordinated with licensed providers where required.

Inquiries

Submitting a form is a request to talk, not an order. We may decline work that we cannot staff well or that requires a license we do not hold.

Intellectual property

The FINUTEX name, mark, and site design are owned by FINUTEX. Do not copy the brand system without permission.

Payment, refund, and revision

Project work is charged with 65% of the budget due before production starts. If the final work matches the agreed brief less than 95%, FINUTEX refunds that upfront payment in 3 to 7 business days. If the work matches 95% or more and is correct, but you still want it rebuilt, FINUTEX will redo it from the beginning — including new requests — for 60% of the initial project fee.
