Question 1

What does FINUTEX actually do?

Accepted Answer

We help founders build the technology and the U.S. business infrastructure to launch. That means custom software, AI automation, e-commerce, brand/UI, plus LLC formation, banking preparation, payments, and compliance coordination — under one operating plan.

Question 2

Who is FINUTEX for?

Accepted Answer

Startup founders, international founders entering the U.S., small businesses, and e-commerce operators who do not want a software vendor and a formation mill that never speak to each other.

Question 3

Where is FINUTEX located?

Accepted Answer

The main operating office is Kabul Business Market, 4th floor, Office No. 402, Kote-Sangi, Kabul, Afghanistan. The U.S. LLC is registered at 2041 East St, Concord, California 94520, USA. That California address is the LLC registered and international mailing address — it is not an active office. The founder and CEO, Ferdous Mujaddedi (فردوس مجددی), can be reached on WhatsApp or phone at +1 712 828-8763, or by email at info@finutex.com.

Question 4

Can you help international founders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Non-U.S. founders are a primary audience. What we can coordinate depends on ownership, residency, and the company’s activity. We will tell you where a licensed attorney, CPA, or bank must lead.

Question 5

Are you a law firm or a bank?

Accepted Answer

No. FINUTEX is a technology and business-services firm. We project-manage formation, banking preparation, and compliance with licensed providers where those licenses are required.

Question 6

Can you build a custom application?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We engineer custom web applications, supporting APIs, and mobile clients when the product needs them. We start with the smallest useful release, not a two-year roadmap on a slide.

Question 7

Do you provide ongoing support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Launch is not the end of the engagement unless you want it to be. We offer continued product, infrastructure, and compliance support on a scoped retainer or phase-by-phase plan.

Question 8

Do you ship AI that actually runs in the business?

Accepted Answer

We automate specific workflows with tools, retrieval, logging, and human review. We will not sell an unbounded “AI agent” that cannot be audited.

Question 9

How long does LLC formation take?

Accepted Answer

The state filing is often days to a few weeks depending on the jurisdiction and whether expedite is available. EIN, banking, and payment reviews usually take longer. We give a sequenced timeline after we see your facts.

Question 10

Will you tell me which state to form in?

Accepted Answer

We will walk through the tradeoffs (Delaware, the state where you operate, and others) against your facts. We do not give one-size-fits-all “always Delaware” advice, and we will send you to counsel when the tax or securities picture requires it.

Question 11

Can you help with payment infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We prepare KYB files, sequence bank and processor applications, and connect payouts to your store or product. Approval is the provider’s decision. We never guarantee a specific bank will open the account.

Question 12

What if a bank or processor declines us?

Accepted Answer

Declines happen. We keep a clean document trail and a fallback sequence. We will not invent a relationship with a bank we do not have.

Question 13

Do you provide compliance support?

Accepted Answer

Yes — annual reports, registered agent continuity, tax registration checklists, and record-keeping. We coordinate; licensed professionals file where the license is required.

Question 14

What does a technology project cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope. After a consultation we issue a written plan with phases and a proposal. There is no honest single price for “an app.”

Question 15

Do you publish LLC package prices?

Accepted Answer

State fees and third-party costs vary. We quote formation work after we know the entity type, state, and whether banking and payments are in scope. Beware of advertised $0 LLCs that omit the work that actually unblocks a bank.

Question 16

What if I don’t like the final work?

Accepted Answer

FINUTEX collects 65% of the project budget before work starts. If the final deliverable matches the original brief less than 95%, that upfront payment is refunded in 3 to 7 business days. If the work matches 95% or more and is correct, but you still want it rebuilt, FINUTEX redoes the work from 0 to 100% — including new requests — for 60% of the initial project fee. The full policy is on the Policies page.

Question 17

How do I start?

Accepted Answer

Use Get Started or Contact. Tell us what you are building, where the founders live, and whether you need software, an entity, or both. We reply with next steps or a working session.
